main issue/solution is that it's your "Fabled Belt of Fending"
since that's the same item across all 3 level 60 tank coffers
discard it and you'll be able to open the coffer and get another

Anyone have any healing advice? I stopped doing regen during pulls because I saw a bunch of people online say that's not a great idea because it takes aggro, but now I am not not sure if I should take that as 100% gospel. I had a rough time in a dungeon where the tank's health was melting during the big pulls and I ended up having to panic heal when he stopped, and now i wonder whether popping regen during the pull would have been better in that situation.
