most of the time it is accurate
however, as there is still a delay, they disclaim it by saying it might not reflect the status
it's especially bad if you queue it if you haven't used your retainers in a while
if you have inventory for example on a retainer, but have not opened it in over 90 days
the database table was flushed out and the search will have difficulty determining what items you have

Can I make my mount faster?
Zones have one or two ranks of mount speed that increase the ground speed of mounts. The first rank comes from completing specific quests in the main scenario quests, with the second rank coming from Riding Maps which are bought with either Allied Seals, Centurio Seals, or Bicolor Gemstones. Mount Speed Boosts do not increase the flying speed of mounts.

you can't really draw a direct one on one connection like that, since all crafting and gathering is tightly interwoven, you have botanist so you can get wood for carpenter, flax for weaver to make string, vegetables for culinarian etc
