Hello 😦 I think I might have gotten myself into a pickle. I did the "A Recurring Problem" quest which is just running from Minfilia to Urianger. I think I picked up the Ifrit it Bleeds, We Can Kill It quest but then deleted it due to running out of quest space later... I have since progressed the MSQ, and now I'm at the point where I need to do Ifrit it Bleeds, We Can Kill It, but I can't find Urianger. I've checked Waking Sands and the new place, as well as around the areas of both. Anyone have suggestions on where I should find him? FWIW, none of the other Scions (at least the ones I found) have quests to give me either.

The summon mechanic is actually unlocked super early on at like level 6 with Ruby/Ifrit 1+2, which then adds Topaz/Titan 1+2 at 15, and then Emerald/Garuda 1+2 at 22
you get the basic Single target and AoE GCD spells right away, while at the higher levels you get their special oGCDs
MrHappy's video actually goes very indepth on all the changes EW Summoner will get

they are very very different, where the former says like 250k per turn in for levels ~56 and the latter says 800k per turn in

Gamerescape is generally more accurate is a whole, but I highly suggest using Garland tools to check for leve data since it pulls directly from the game and doesn't rely on people updating it.

Yeah, it's a weird level gap since the sects used to provide minor buffs of their own that eventually just got added to AST's kit as a whole

and yes, there is a difference simply because of ilvl being much higher now than it was back when e1s-e4s was a thing

If you regen prior to the tank grabbing aggro on a mob, then yes. A regen tick will grab that mob to you.
But if the tank has their stance up and hits an enemy even once, your regens should not be sufficient to rip aggro off of them.
