What do all these quest icons mean?

- These are how you reach the endgame and every other bit of content is locked behind it to some extent. MANDATORY
- These unlock a feature, instanced content, job actions, or a thing that is important for you to have. Do the ones related to your job/class and ones that unlock new content
- These usually have very little exp/gil as reward and are usually just part of the world/lore expansion. Mostly optional unless you are interested in doing them for the fluff

Personally, I always try to keep a second job leveled close to my main job while I'm doing MSQ - MSQ for the main job, daily roulettes for the second job. That way I can switch off when my main job hits max level for the content, and back to the main job when the content is max level.

This is with max level DRK, and while tanks fit so easy with this set up, I can't get SAM or RDM to fit well at all.

the only thing that affects chances would be whether or not you are getting the ability from a mob in a duty

because then you get it 100% guaranteed if the duty is synchd

or at the usual chance if its not

Exceptions to this exist for spells that are required for the BLU job quests - those are 100% learn even if you're unsynced.

all 3 healers, they're all 80, but i can't tell at exactly which level of play i run out of mana quicker. I know that if i just spam AoW, Gravity, and Holy in Zadnor, I could easily run out of mana before everything is dead, even while keeping all of Lucid Dreaming, Thin Air, Assize, Aetherflow, Energy Drain, Draw, and Play on cooldown constantly
