But, I cannot join her server based on the world list because of congestion. Does the list change over time (minutes / hours) based on congestion or are these worlds locked completely to new players for long durations of time (days / weeks)?
There is a refresh button for every 3 minutes, but I am not sure if this changes and that perhaps I could jump into the server to start my character at night or if I simply cannot join those specific servers.

So I own a real reborn , heavenward on digital, but for some dumb reason I bought stormblood on ps4 disc and I have shadowbringers (on digital). However when I try and take out my Stormblood disc it tells me I must place the shadowbringers disc in the ps4 (it's the storm blood disc but it tells me it's shadowbringers.)
