But they do make weapons that are usually the best you can get until it's possible to get a tier weapon.
Some of those weapons look good enough that people will use them for glamour later
But if you're talking about the shiny EX weapons... as Vinyl said, they come from a bunch of different crafters.

Honestly in regards to ultimate it's pretty subjective between uwu and ucob. I've heard people say uwu is easiest but I've also heard others say that it nearly killed their enjoyment of the game.

If you're into the big AOEs, I'd say go for tank. They get the really splashy ones.
Beyond that, a lot of it's aesthetics - do you like Shiny Tank (Paladin), Berserker Tank (Warrior), Edgy Tank (Dark Knight), or Gun Tank (Gunbreaker)?

I don't play DRG, but given what I know about buffs like disembowel, there's probably something you're missing about when you should refresh disembowel so you don't keep missing nastrond
