1- Decide if they are going to last enough or move for a possible **Doton **
2- Use your Ninjutsu charges on Doton/Katon
3- Use your Kassatsu charges on Goka Mekkyaku
Note: Goka is better usage of Kassatsu than Doton since you can replace a normal Katon for a Doton but you cannot replace a Katon for a Goka
4- Use Shadow Fang in the priority target
5- Fill with Death Blossom and Hakke Mujinsatsu if there is more than 2 targets
6- Use Your normal Aeolian/Armor Crush combo if there are less than 3 targets

I have a question and hope it can be done. I have a mid 50's pally and I am looking to set up my hotbars to change for my combos. Such as have action 1 on hotbar 1 slot 4 and then action 2 on hotbar 2 slot 4 and when I hit the action on HB1S4 have it auto switch to HB2. (Since 6.0 will probably do what 5.3 did and remove the nier coins and upgrade materials from their source drops while auto-upgrading the vendor items)
