While I'm not 100% sure, I think I saw someone basically afk for most of an alliance raid (standing in aoes even if they knew it wouldn't kill them, for example, and seemingly using only one action most of the time). I believe this is reportable on the grounds of "griefing an instance" (especially with the tomestone event going on right now), but as I said at the start, I'm not 100% sure if they were doing so or not. What should I do?

If you are crafting items below your current DoH level you get less xp
This is to encourage you to gather/craft new items
It's the same as with leveling a DoW/M in open world content, you dont get xp from lower level mobs, and if any, it's miniscule

IIRC, you also need to complete the Doman Enclave for the haori to appear.
It takes about three months of donations assuming you do it every single week.
Completing it also give you your first haori free.

yeah Steam does this sometimes, I had it not with FF14 but with Ark: Survival Evolved, had a massive update suddenly and the game kept crashing, full reinstall fixed it
