A more in depth answer: If you are torn between the two I would more decide based on what role you want to play
Because Dragoon will always be dps and Warrior will always be tank
there are no specs or anything

DNC needs to be aware of which of their skills are up, which can be pretty distracting when you need to pay attention to the battle
