Shadowbringers Expansion Jobs: Gunbreaker (Tank) and Dancer (Ranged DPS). These jobs start at level 60 and require ownership of the Shadowbringers Expansion and a disciple of war or magic job at level 60.

Job Unlock Locations:
Gunbreaker - Gods' Quiver Bow at New Gridania (11.5,12), quest name is 'The Makings of a Gunbreaker'.
Dancer - Eager Lominsan at Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks (9,12), quest name is 'Shall We Dance'.

which is for gardening.

Doing that and selling the topsoil is one of the methods of converting poetics to gil
