Support is as far up the chain as you can get for in-game issues. If they’ve told you that they need more time to work on it, there’s not much else you can do.
Just follow up on the ticket every day or so at best

optimally you would want to level up your character by either going solo and killing overworld mobs, or having a friend power level you via technqiues you can look up on google
then for spells it would be optimal to find a spell list from many various sources you could also look up, and then do those synced to grab them
everything is 60 and below, with moon flute being locked behind some masked carnivale
it will take some work but if you were interested in BLU anyway, it's worth doing it

it is a roguelike, your level is independent in there, to the rest of the game
if you start at floor 1, then you level is 1, you level up inside POTD while playing it
at the end of each 10 floors, you get exp reward which goes to your class, outside of POTD
its what FF14 calls a Deep Dungeon

You need to level it up to 70, which doesn't take long if someone helps you but you then also need specific spells which can take a little bit of time to get. Once you have them you're good to go really. It IS an investment tho.

since you just need to hit breakpoints, you could consider slotting in materia in the accessories to hit them instead
since the difference between NQ and HQ belt is just 3 control

oh yeah, its recommended to level all crafters roughly in parallel
since by end game youre gonna need to craft multiple things from each job
to, say, make end game gear or something
culinarian is probably the only exception. thats mostly on its own.

RDM doesn't really benefit from Spell Speed too much due to, among other smaller details, potential overcapping of mana for using manafication right when it's ready, so 2.50 or very slightly below that (2.48) is preferred.
