question, is there somewhere to read regarding zadnor/similar locations/raids for specific roles, like whm (I just unlocked zadnor, and via really bad lag/other factors, I've just been getting carried in things like DR as I die before I see a few mechanics), I've just 'fixed' my ping using a VPN, mudfish. Now that I actually have some control, trying to see what lost finds are good to use and whatnot. Background, I have intense chronic pain, just came off 3 year daily chemo, so the past couple months is like 'a blur' so I literally dont remember much in fights on what worked/didnt work, if get me. The intense pain makes it hard to 'express myself' clearly, sorry

Im really over getting carried for the main, as I used to be a really good 'top tier' but due to my injury/pain/chemo, Im almost useless, but.. Im off chemo now, and starting to manage my pain somewhat now that the chemo is out of the equation. So, Im trying to like 'start again' even though Im 520 + 530 lvl gear, I know rotations etc well, but most mechanics are almost 'foreign' due to the pain/chemo helping me 'forget' fights, just the truth

You don't need it, but it helps alot.
It's your only insta-cast GCD which helps with pulling ads while on the move.

if u're gonna get power level'd in the first place, it helps to get the spell by aggro-ing the lv 30 birds in Costa, letting your friend tank it until it casts the spell before finishing it
