So I put in a ticket with square support, but wondering if anyone here has any ideas. I'm an American player who is living in Sicily for a few years, and had to change the details with my bank to reflect that so I can buy things using my card here in Europe. The mogstation has had no issues with this, and charges my card perfectly fine. I went to pre-order the Endwalker expansion on the square store, but it wouldn't go through until I changed my square store account to Europe. At this point it went through, but it won't let me use this code now because it won't let me use what it considers a European code on my American mogstation account, and there is no way to switch regions for mogstation.
So now I'm stuck having paid 60 bucks for a code I apparently can't use with no refunds, and no way to pre-order the game in a way I can use
