@dreamy juniper some of coil can't be soloed and some only by specific classes I think, notably 10 and 11 have finnicky stuff

10 has the charge split, so you have to kill before it happens, might be doable by everyone nowadays though, 11 you can't do cause you have to split parties to use teleporters to access the boss iirc

oh and not sure who can do 9 with current gear, I know BLU can easily but others might be rough because of golems still? some can probably burst enough

11 is solo able , you just need to return or use the death wall to die to go to the other side

9 is more restrictive since you need a good amount of burst to skip the fire/ice mechanic in the last phase. BLU can definitely do it, and then the really burst classes like SAM/SMN/MCH/WAR should be able to.

The golems/meteors aren’t a major problem, you quickly kill 2 of them and then have the last one eat up to 3 meteors to minimize damage from them exploding

Question about dps role matching in statics.
I was told D1 and D2 are generally melees (in JP, not sure about other DCs), D3 ranged and D4 casters, due to the amount of movement each role has to perform according to the recommended strategies and macros.

Currently having a debate whether to slot BLM or RDM on D2, (yes we have 2 casters)

restoration is a good way to be lazy

since it lets you sit in one spot, and has relatively low gear requirements

plus can easily kill two birds with one stone if you also level your gatherers thru diadem

but if you can HQ leve items and have leve allowances, then they are better in terms of exp

its up to you. leves would be the better source of exp but its limited in both allowances and that you'll need decent gear to ensure HQ turn ins (unless you buy the items)

or you can do restoration which has lower gear requirements, and not limited on the turn ins

as you dont need to max out the collectability bar on restoration crafts to get max rewards

would also recommend to also do your daily GC turn ins and beast tribes if you aren't using those for combat jobs

Someone else said it, but GC turn-ins are really good. As an example, I haven't had time to do fishing, so I've just been doing the turn-ins when they're cheap on the MB, and I'm already at level 60 after just a few weeks of barely doing anything. For order, I did all the DoH at once (with DoL ahead of them), but I think alchemist and culinarian would be best if you can only do one or two, since they rely far less on mats made by the other jobs and alchemist makes mats used by other jobs at some points. (I just got everything but fishing to 80 so have lots of opinions haha)

I'm doing PotD 51-60 for leveling. My gear is 71/61 but every chest for the last 6-7 chests has been "your arm remains unchanged". Do I have to do something or just SooL?

If your aetherpool is synced (yellow named) then you have a drastically low chance to get upgrades
