But that series you need to do anyway, sooner or later to continue with the main story
The ARR raids would be the Coils of Bahamut, but finding people to do them with synced at lvl 50 will likely not happen
Do the Crystal Tower raids for now and keep focusing on the main story. The next expansion, Heavensward, has normal mode 8 man raids which you can just queue for via duty finder

Does the gear you can buy from Bozjan coins actually increase your damage while you're inside Bozja? They're only Il495/510, so I don't really see the point in buying them otherwise. But my damage is super scuffed in Bozja and some people do way more, so there has to be some way to get the damage up?

Your best bet for "actual" raiding would be to focus on the main story and get into the first tier of the new expansion that releases next month.
Old synced savage raids are rarely done.

It ends up making sense, and you can read a guide to figure out more. Fire 1 is a normal spam spell, Fire 2 is an aoe, Fire 3 is a big but slow spell you mostly use when you have a buff that makes it instant, etc. Same kind of thing with your Frost spells, they seem confusing but you learn them quick
