bosses deal way less damage on average than mob pulls though
so it's not like they super need it
also for AST specifically your regen actually heals instantly instead of just applying the buff so it's a bit more useful during pull as opposed to like, WHM regen

Any high quality normal exarchic piece you trade will give a generic certification and that can be used to buy any piece of gear for any job you want. Chestpieces are worth 42 certs and are the cheapest option usually for this

Miner is unlocked in uldah. Leveling to 70 casually would probably take around a week, but spamming out levequests and the GC turnins can get you easily there in a few days if you grind it

Usually it's a gauge for a mechanic, context sensitive. For example, in Shinryu when it reaches 100 a certain mechanic will always activate, while in titania it doubles as a DPS check as if the gauge hits 100 that's a wipe

Once you unlock it, to get the full 100 points, wear the gear on the left and submit yourself for judgement
But you only need 80 points to get the 60k MGP, so if you want to save yourself the trouble, wear the gear on the right + all other equipment slots filled with... well... anything
The only difference between 100 pts and 80 pts is you get a title
So once u have the title, there's technically no reason to get 100 pts again

also, if you have not yet done any other challenges, do it now. AFK five extreme Verminion battles. Play 10 times cards against Greenhand in Battlehall (both are found in the last tab of duty finder). Play mini game thrice, and gains 100 MGP (chop wood near the Minion Hall)
play any GATE games you come across (they pop at xx:00, xx:20 and xx:40 every hour)
should net you around 100,000 MGP if you are quick enough
when weekly reset comes, do the same

Fashion report, then weekly log. Verminion is just "get to tutorial stage 5, then afk 5 times a week for like 10min per match", gates are easy (fish for air force and leap of faith, air force is guaranteed to complete), chocobo races are a bit of effort but I find them fun. Also, you can bully battle hall NPCs for the triple triad logs, and open tournament gives you 3k for just participating, no need to even try.

You can also do the Verminion challenge log by entering the tournament. Last week I got 2 wins and 3 losses and it was still 65,000. The week prior I got first on the leaderboard for ~130k, and this week I got ~130k at 5th on the leaderboard.
Your placement doesn’t matter, just the tourney points you earn
And you can get them by losing to an NPC

When you get there, critical hit > determination > sks to comfort or something along those lines. Warrior avoids dhit because their skills make it unnecessary.

Perhaps the one thing you could meld if you’re utterly set on it are the ironworks/shire/scaevan sets you get at the end of each expansion because you use those for longer than others. It’s still useless.
