Depends on your current rank with your grand company (assuming it's the Immortal Flames). If you're low rank, do the Grand Company hunt log, FATEs, and your daily leveling dungeon roulette. Once you get to... 2nd Lieutenant? you'll be able to start doing gear turn ins - any green, pink, or blue gear you have that you don't need anymore can be exchanged for a quantity of seals. Higher ilevel gear gives more seals.

But yes, under normal circumstances, you can only get them once per day from the roulette.

It's side content. There are daily marks, which are randomly selected normal monsters that you can locate and kill. Weekly marks are "B-rank" enemies. There are also A-rank and S-rank enemies like world bosses, which generally require a party to take out.

The high end raids in this game are done by static parties. Static parties are basically organized groups that meet a few times a week at set times to do the raids.
The FC’s are who you hang out with when not raiding.
Some people raid with folks from their Fc. Some don’t.
I’ve been in a few raid groups over the years and the most I’ve ever seen from the same Fc was 3 of them out of a party of 8.
