I'm using a PS4 controller on PC; tried both bluetooth and wired. I can't run with my left stick tilted straight up (or up and slightly to the side) without there being some weird delay. I either walk, or run for a bit with hiccups in between. Holding the stick in any other direction works just fine.
I've calibrated my controller in-game. Made sure to turn off the walk-only mode with my keyboard. Anything else I can try without using third-party software?

None of the discussed methods fixed the issue. Controller still works perfectly fine on console, tho, so I really don't have a clue why up tilt on the left stick gives me issues on PC.
