Hm, it's tough on Monk because you also get a glow for stance change

You also will notice missed positionals if your skills fail to function as expected. Some servers are set to "preferred" to encourage players to transfer/create a new character there. If you make a new character on a preferred server you get that buff called "road to 70". All xp you get is doubled until you hit lvl 70 on that job
