There's always an "easy 80", which will usually only be a few thousand gil at most.
Typically it's like, 500 gil to get what you need. Maybe some dungeon runs as well if there's a dungeon piece involved.

It'll be a little rough, since you'll come up a few thousand short if you only do fashion report (at this point you can only get 3 weeks of fashion report, so 180k), but you can easily make that up with cactpots and the gold saucer challenge logs.

I've skipped every dialogue and cutscene in every MMO I ever played. I've never been a story guy to begin with in any game. 1 pack at a time is how you get roasted and told you're a shit tank.
1 pack at a time is incredibly slow and a DPS/Healer will never be in the wrong if they pull more if you pull like that.
Even if you're starting, 2-3 packs is the minimum.
Healers have more than enough tools to keep you alive.
And a tank has more than enough tools to mitigate incoming damage.
I'm not asking you to go w2w right off the bat

- Perfect Balance reworked to being a charged action that allows up to 3 uses of not-needing-forms for attacks, and will tie into getting specific symbols for the Blitz system
- new dash that doesn't do damage
- new AoE GCD that upgrades Arm of the Destroyer at 82, and crits when in pop-opo form
- new skill Riddle of Wind that reduces autoattack CD by 50% for 15 seconds
- Riddle of Fire and Broterhood to 60s and 120s respectively
- Elixir Field removed as oGCD, turned into Blitz
we don't know anything about fists but they've been doing QoL changes so i imagine fists will be removed at some point

would suggest looking at their computer's audio settings and making sure they are configured properly
i know i messed with those settings one time, changing it from like stereo to a different setting and it made the audio ingame either not register or sound very very far away to the point it was basically silent
