Anybody else getting little graphical stutters every few minutes? Started the last few days? 
I swapped my monitor from an LG 144Hz to the newer LG 165Hz last week, and installed the newest Nvidia drivers. Other than that my system hasn't changed. FFXIV is the only game giving me these stutters 😦
