Unless you're in 530 gear with a 535 weapon parses are meaningless, and in raids you won't be doing DPS 24/7 unless you specifically have a comp for that

Basically it's up to you how you want to clear it; if you want just the story (like for bahamut coils) then get some lv80 to help you unsync through it for the story. If you want a challenge, then you get some like-minded people together using Party Finder and then attempt the fight; usually you'll be wiping for a while before you can clear it. If you really want a challenge, then you get those like-minded people together and join in with the "minimum item level" and "no echo" options checked to approximate what people went through back in the day.

You space them out between gcds through your opener. Dragon sight and lance charge are normally quick succession double weaved, and then litany, and then you make sure that you're single weaving your jumps. For more details you can probably check a balance graphic, or if you're levelling weskalber should work. After that it's mostly use on cooldown

They have less rewards than the older ones
