i think by default, ctrl + wasd are assigned to flying movement, thus when you hold ctrl, wasd will not move your character

This is your basic rotation for monk:

Dragon Kick > Twin Snakes > Demolish
Bootshine > True Strike > Snap Punch
Dragon Kick > Twin Snakes > Snap Punch
Bootshine > True Strike > Demolish
Dragon Kick > Twin Snakes > Snap Punch
Bootshine > True Strike > Snap Punch

Basically; Dragon Kick and Twin Snakes every 2nd combo cycle, Demolish every 3rd cycle.
