This is a technical problem I have - I have been playing now in windowed mode for several months, and since about 1-2 weeks I've been getting massive fps drops from time to time, I think from particle effects, and in the task manager I see that it's 3d rendering done by my default Intel graphics card instead of my dedicated Nvidia GTX 1060 (I'm on latptop).
And changing to lower graphic settings doesn't change anything.
I checked everywhere that the game is supposed to use the dedicated GPU and not the intel GPU and also disabled windows fullscreen optimisation, but it still switches from time to time to the intel GPU. It happens a lot less in fullscreen.
And it was not happening at all since maybe 1-2 weeks ago which is around the time I switched from the trial version to the payed version.

Also, after the lv70 quest for each job, job quests work slightly differently: they are now role quests, and fit the categories of tank/physical dps/magical dps/healer. Once you get to a certain point in the ShB campaign, you'll be shown an area with the relevant quest NPCs and can progress the role quests from there.
