It requires the AST and Tank and DPS all playing perfectly, but in theory Noct AST can be good!

It mostly relay on the fact that Noct CI is super fucking strong, Noct CU is a mitigation with 1/3 uptime, and Noct Neutral gives regen GCD when you really really need it

Sone DPS jobs will always be receiving a rework, and it's likely the healers will be getting a rework as well with the introduction of Sage. After that, I wouldn't expect much else.

The complicated answer is you need to learn the balance and learn which sks you want then adjust

That being said, due to the spell upgrade system, and how expansion jobs don't have the same traits which 'upgrade' attacks, more than a few DPS jobs do quite a bit more DPS at lower levels. Hopefully they'll fix it with EW but no promiss

You can get the ones in the field, but you'll need story progress to get the quest ones

They're all on the story path for the most part
