Congrats! The more you practice with crafting the easier it gets. In general it gets A LOT easier to HQ crafts after 50 because of the level 50 ability you get.

If you want to look into only one or whatever, while this isn't optimal and you might run into crafting roadblocks, I'd suggest Culinarian / Botanist for the leve trick at level 80

If you no longer need it for alt classes nor want it for glamour, your GC will take them off your hands for company seals, which are useful for various miscellaneous items (I usually buy GC instant travel tickets or ventures), and the Doman Restoration will let you turn in a certain amount per week for gil.

The issue with Tonberry is that they are the JP servers, but because JP is the closest to OCE, many OCE players go there.
This leads to two very different cultures mixing abruptly. I see a lot of JP players unhappy with the OCE players in the Elemental DC.

To be honest, once you played the game long enough, you can tell when a player is lacking, like no ability going out, or incorrect AOE rotation, or massively delayed buff (their 60s group buff slowly getting out of sync with your 60s group buff) etc
Don't need a damage meter to see who is under performaning in those circumstances

we don't know their policy on jobs, they haven't indicated that there's too many for them to handle in terms of design yet

the only bottleneck we know of is just designing job questlines still, which they have alleviated by making role questlines instead
