Getting to 80 on all classes took me about 4 months or so from ShB launch. Just do dailies, do challenge log for fates, daily hunts in the mean time, do gatherers if you run out of that, then custom deliveries, then beast tribes etc

many players in this game are not perfect - the barrier for entry is quite low. However, perfection is rewarded. So yes, you could. However because of how jobs are balanced, some innately do more damage output than others

I would suggest creating 1 for healer (the default view is not good), 1 for jobs that procs a lot (put 1 hotbar at the middle of screen so that you don't have to look at the bottom all the time), and the usual one

your current setting is not comfortable at all
it just the basic of anything you press a lot should be in range of your finger, other buff, at least 80s or above should be further as you press it less frequent

You can only get 1 for doing the MSQ of ARR, and then you have to either get them via collectors editions or buy them from the mogstation. You can't buy them for gil.

Should do yea. I did it with my DRG and got to 80 way before finishing MSQ but I did do a few other things, like class quests (those help a lot for skills and such).

generally will want to level them based off materials used (which means multiple crafters at once so they share equipment). if you really need a certain crafted thing then one off leveling is whatever but the more one off leveling the more anoying inventory management is
