if you have a save file started with warrior, you'll need to be warrior job to continue that save, but yeah reset cleans it out and you can start a new save with a new job

Do I switch to new class/job and continue msq with that class/job? Won't I be underleveled if I do that? If you mean you want that slot to look like nothing's equipped, then you need to use the "Emperor's New X" item for that slot.

if you can stomach Castrum Meridianum/Praetorium once a day, that's 500 or 600 poetics every day.
Level 50/60/70 Roulette and Alliance Raid Roulette are also good daily sources of it too.
Alliance Raid being 200 or 300, and 50/60/70 being worth at least 120-250 depending on the dungeon
