Hey peeps, been messing around with graphics settings for quite a while now and finally came up with something that's both fps friendly and looks pretty good. Getting like 120 fps in dungeon fights but noticed it can tank to like 40 during fights, currently The Vault's last boss is the biggest offender with his flame+chess piece attacks and I'm worried it's gonna get even worse in newer expansions. Anyway to fix this without completely lowering my settings?

'How can I unlock Flying?'

Flying is unlocked in A Realm Reborn zones simply by completing the level 50 story quest 'The Ultimate Weapon'.

Flying is further unlocked in the expansions through the collecting of a zone's Aether Currents, with every zone having ten 'green' Aether Currents found in the overworld and five 'yellow' Aether Currents obtained through the MSQ and side quests marked with a plus sign. Azys Lla is the only zone to not have any green Aether Currents. You must collect all Aether Currents in a zone to be able to fly.

'Where can I find the green Aether Currents?'

Upon obtaining the Story Quest 'Divine Intervention' you get the Aether Compass, which is a key item you can use to locate the nearest non-quest Aether Current. This can be set to your Hotbar for ease of use. Alternatively, you can use this website to show the location of all Aether Currents for a zone. http://heavenswhere.com/

How do I unlock my job?

To unlock your class' job you need to be level 30, complete all of your class quests and the main scenario quest 'Sylph Management' (lvl 20 quest) to be able to pick up your job unlock quest. What do all these quest icons mean?

msq - These are how you reach the endgame and every other bit of content is locked behind it to some extent. MANDATORY
bluequest - These unlock a feature, instanced content, job actions, or a thing that is important for you to have. Do the ones related to your job/class and ones that unlock new content
sidequest - These usually have very little exp/gil as reward and are usually just part of the world/lore expansion. Mostly optional unless you are interested in doing them for the fluff
repeatquest - These are quests you can do more than once, how often you can repeat it is up to the individual quest.

you can either get zeta to instant skip the first step of anima but honestly, farming 6 stones for that step is like 20-30 mins only
