How do I unlock my job?

To unlock your class' job you need to be level 30, complete all of your class quests and the main scenario quest 'Sylph Management' (lvl 20 quest) to be able to pick up your job unlock quest. Once you've done the initial unlock quest, you will be given a soul crystal which you must equip to become your class' job.

Cure 3 has shit range. It's not a tool you'll get to use a lot but when you need a lot of burst heals there's nothing better

I often will go to activate tank stance in a dungeon and see that it's still on from the last one, which means I just turned it off and now have to turn it on again.
