Levequest handins en masse, youd have to google levequest kits to see what you need to make - and Ishgard Restoration if you're that far in MSQ I hear.
Add on Ixal beast tribe quests, daily GC handins, eat food and use scrolls while you craft, craft everything you craft as HQ as possible.

Thats right, thats all you can get. Either level 50, 60, or 70 gear. Not sure if they'll add 80 gear to that after EW, but dont hold your breath just in case maybe?

@hasty turtle Put "/micon Shirk" at the bottom. Macros run line-by-line and you want it to cast Shirk asap. merror has to stay at the top unfortunately.

I'm not sure, if you remove the "merror" line and press it you will see the errors pop up as it runs each line. That will at least give you an idea of the delay.

It changes per level after like level 30 or something - Quarrymill, Saint Coinach in Mor Dhona, blah blah. Might have to do some googling because I cant remember off-hand

In case nobody said yet - ONLY ONCE! Never do Leveling Roulette more than once a day. For EXP, do leveling roulette once and then just spam your highest level dungeon (or look to Palace of the Dead)
In fact never do ANY Roulette more than once a day, eventually you'll unlock a lot more.
