you can try sky,stone, sea, basically trying to keep your combos smooth. Other than that, there is dummy in a lot of place, i just dont know lvl 60 one but for 50, you can go to Tailfeather, inside the town or exist from Idyllshire

The attributes arent suuper important. If youre only a few off from the requirement. The most you're losing is seals/weekly lockout on 40+ missions if you fail. Your squadron will still get exp and level which will give you more attribute headroom
As long as the person says something along the lines of "I think your squadron is up to the task" you will most likely pass. But you can still fail.

doing your class quests until lvl 30 lets you advance your class into jobs. you get a job crystal, an equippable item that advances you
if you are CNJ for example, you do all your CNJ quest until lvl 30, do the first WHM lvl 30 quest, get a WHM job crystal, equip the job crystal and you become WHM
