but you don't really make use of the lower tier materia

I previously contacted support because it took hours to get an item from it so I redeemed 2 codes I got from a friend. 1st rep told me it would take some time to get the item and it was possible to return the 2nd code item to a Game Master and re-activate the code.

Attempted to apply Shadowbringers to my account (Correct country, correct platform, payment method works and cleared, triple-checked!) but keep getting a contact-support pop-up and the key won't apply. (Which I did, they don't know what to do either yet.)

I have all previous expansions, and I have Endwalker. But I can't seem to apply Shadowbringers no matter what is done.

SB Hunts: Go to Kugane at x10.4, y10.3 and complete all quests with 'Veteran Clan Hunt' from Estrild.

SHB Hunts: Go to The Crystarium at x12.2, 15.1 and complete the quest 'Nuts to You' from the Hume Lout. Afterwards complete all quests from Halldor at x9.5, y9.4.

if you can find the ffxiv_boot.cfg file, you can open that with Notepad and edit a line. I don't know where it's located for the Steam installation though. You're looking for a line that says "StartupCompleted 1", and you change that 1 to a 0. Then the next time you start it up, it should walk you through account creation again

the gear with the appearance you want is what goes in the glamour dresser. it can store up to 400 items. From the glamour dresser, you can access glamour plates. Anything in your glamour dresser can be applied to a plate. when you're in a city, you can then go into your character menu equip the gear you want to fight with, then click on a button above your character that says glamour plate, and apply the desired appearance. if you don't have something in a slot on the plate, it will not overwrite anything that you have equipped in that slot. also i didn't even know Vesper Bay had a vendor that sold Emperor's New items, I only knew of the one in Mor Dhona, and it includes all jewelry, head, body, hands, legs, feet, and even pugilist/monk weapon, and additionally an expensive Emperor's New Shield in the Gold Saucer for gladiator/paladin

How to do Group Instances by Yourself or Without Enough People

In your duty finder window select the ⚙️ icon on the top left to open up the duty finder settings window.
Inside that window select the setting undersized party before confirming and entering the instances of your choice. NOTE: UNSYNC-ING AN INSTANCE WILL FORFEIT ALL OF YOUR EXP AND COMPLETION REWARDS. Poetics from a first time completion bonus and loots chests remain the same and will not be lost. You may not queue for daily roulettes using this method.
