This one, lets say you use MSQ Roulette for experience and Alliance roulette for Revelation or something, you have to split them up. But you can never get both EXP and Revelations out of the same roulette once per day, if you get what I mean.
Have to agree to save Expert, Level 80, and Normal Raid (maybe Trial? depending) for your 80 job, and Leveling, MSQ, probably Alliance for EXP.
Frontline Rou can go either way actually, pretty well.

Having said that, EXP grinding is also well served by other routes if you want to do all roulettes on an 80 job, its up to you again. Palace of the Dead, Heaven on High, Bozja... etc. are things to consider

Without getting too deep, a good place to start might be the Teamcraft website - a macro you can use highly depends on your tools, gear, and materias unfortunately. But its a place that can help you develop and copy/paste your own macros.
For gear, again depends on your level but theres always gear and tools on the marketboard if you have gil to spare (and not Free Trial), or otherwise you make it yourself as you level up all yer crafters

100%, gathering classes feed raw materials into all crafter classes, and the crafter classes all feed themselves and each other materials to get finished products. The jobs themselves arent self-sufficient but you can buy mats yourself if you have a lot of gil, I guess. But if you level all Crafters and Gatherers, you CAN be sulf-sufficient yourself.
