Thanks! Honestly, alliance raids, exs and normal raids can be cleared with 520, but I might just go there so feel the improvement in my dps

530 gear and the 535 weapon were rewards for clearing the savage content, and now that the content is unlocked and non-savage players can get them, there really isn't a lot of difficult content right now that specifically wants you at the highest item level. it's a medal of honor
there are ultimate fights, but those will item sync you down

I don't know of WoW, but if you prefer ranged caster DPS then BLM, RDM, and SMN might be the jobs you want to look at first

It's impossible to level up 1-70 in 5 days. Honestly, it takes around an hour to level up 1 from Lv 50, so I think it takes around 30 hours, which should take at least 10-20 days.

Using the Fantasia unlocks the option on the character selection screen to right click > change appearance. The option stays there forever until you go through with it and confirm changes.
If you start to go through with it and then cancel before confirming changes, the option remains available.
