It's just some player's first thought is to make continuation a single button macro to avoid the extra keybinds and it's bad practice, so I needed to mention. Outside of that, just treat the job as a dps more than tank tbh. Obviously, use your defensive cooldowns since you are a tank, but the job is closer to a dps than the other tank jobs. It has 30s burst windows, so just hit buttons as the come off cooldown and you'll be fine.
