Yes, there's a different quest to give you teleport access to Mist. You can also go out to... I think it's Red Rooster Stead? in La Noscea. The entrance to the Mist housing district is there.

Fourth floor: Weapon + Chest + Random single weapon + Mount + Minion

Loot Rules: Following each weekly reset, every player has a chance to obtain loot from the Savage encounters of the current raid tier. Upon clearing each floor, you will obtain 1 book specific to that fight (e.g. Book of Anamorphosis) and a chance to roll on the loot from that floor. basically, i'm a new player and i'm very intrested in the selfish dps
i would do blm for big bonkers but it requires me to plan my actions and i don't know if i'm very good at it
i would do sam for big bonkers but i don't know how hard the melee mechanics are
i would do mch because it's got freedom in everything and seems just easy to play in raids

blm is mastery of positioning and managing timers, sam is about optimizing your rotation to push your dps to the extreme and uptime, mch is about constantly weaving

Its really hard to gauge how much you'd like a job without trying it first in my experience, every time I say "I'm a tank I dont think I'd like BLM or MCH or [whatever job]", I try it and I often change my mind.
worth nothing that MCH unlocks at level 30 so easy to get to 50, and SAM unlocks AT 50 so its easy to see real quick if you like the style

Unlike certain streamers, theres no need to do Coil OR Extreme before ARR - they're completely totally optional. (Crystal Tower you will need to do for story reasons but MSQ will guide you to it to make sure you do before its too late)
Coil and EX Primals can be a bit tough so take it as you will. Much easier if you come back to do them later unsynced if you just want story, but I mean if you want the challenge go for it.

How do I unlock my job?

To unlock your class' job you need to be level 30, complete all of your class quests and the main scenario quest 'Sylph Management' (lvl 20 quest) to be able to pick up your job unlock quest. Once you've done the initial unlock quest, you will be given a soul crystal which you must equip to become your class' job.
