Speak to a retainer vocate in any major city. Retainers are your storage in this game, and also allow you to sell things on the market through them. you can also level them up as jobs and they can do small missions for you that bring back items

All the main story quests and aether current quests up to that point will be completed. It will not increase your character's job levels. Any MSQ rewards missed can be obtained at the calamity salvager or from the market board except the free fantasia, which is forfeit. Tales of Adventure: One <JOBNAME> Journey This item increases a given job to level 70. It will not skip your story progress to level 70. were you doing positionals on MNK? the core mechanic of the job are those positionals. in terms of RDM heres the basics:
• every other spell you cast is instant. you have long casts and short casts. you cast the short spells, then instacast the long ones.
• 2 of the long spells generate black mana, and the other white mana. you balance these out until you get 80 black and 80 white mana. you also have 2 procs that will change what spells you cast
• after getting 80/80 you go into your melee combo, which is a 123 combo
• repeat

So I've heard as a off Tank I should turn my stance off if there's only one enemy, in order to not collide with the other tank player stance. Is that true?

If so then does that also applies when it's 3 team raid consistent of 24 players? Cause one team only has 1 tank, though 3 tank if you count the other 2 team.

its a good rule of thumb to try to maintain 2nd in aggro in case the MT dies so you can quickly take over. you can do this by turning your stance on a little bit after the fight has started, giving the MT time to establish 1st in aggro. but if you arent confident in your aggro management you can just leave it off. for 24 man raids, you can turn it off for fights that only have 1 boss, but for fights that have multiple bosses or adds.

I forgot I also played a 72 machinist it was fun but the button spam might lead to carpal tunnel lol. I did like ninja as dps but i'd prefer something a bit more flashy which I think might be red mage? I would love to main ninja if trick attack, dream within a dream and assassinate were like a 30 second CD. My main enjoyment from the job was when those 3 were up it looks sick when you do trick attack into dream + assassinate

again, difficulty is subjective but most people will consider RDM to be pretty easy (and i agree with that). the rotation is very simple and doesn't require a lot of upkeep like managing dots, buffs, timers, etc. its mainly just choosing to cast black mana spells or white mana spells

I purchased the weapon of the market board and melded it with materia, but I still cant turn in in the quest. Anyone have any idea what Im doing wrong?

Guildhests arent done very often, so at a certain point you may be able to give up doing them and thats OK. The reward structure for them is okay for brand new players, but its mostly about learning the basics and if you feel like not continuing, you can. They never go above level like 45.
