Medica is 15y radius centered on the healer, so you need to try to center yourself in the group before using it.

C3 has a targeting range of 30y, but only heals a radius of 6y (2x melee distance, if that helps). You don't have to move yourself to cast it, but your team needs to be pretty close together to get everyone

So even if I center myself, I'm only hitting maybe one person if I'm lucky.
