only get a bit more involved when your party is taking too much dmg too fast and you gotta use the skill to reduce cast/cd time, regen mp and alternate between AoE, Heal and removing debuff from party, thats when you usually see the most action as healer

It depends on what you feel is stressful. Ast has some of the quickest heals right now, especially with Lightspeed, so you can really get healing exactly where you want it when you want it most of the time; and Earthly Star is super big beefy. But Ast also has a match-3 minigame it keeps playing in between GCDs while it tries to buff party damage, so if thinking about what cards you have up feels like too much going on, then you might not like it.

if you're Level 52 on Black Mage, you should have already gotten a full set of i90 gear from your job quests, and you should be easily able to grab poetic gear for Level 50 (item level 130s)

at your current state I would surmise it would take you about 30 hours
if you however got to Level 70 and 400 gear, you can probably bring it down to around 23-28 hours
or if you got to Level 80 with end-game gear, easily 10 hours
