I do not at all care about anything cosmetic. I am approaching 50. it's entirely your choice to be honest. if you're into raiding the most I would finish MSQ and do level 80 raids. a lot of classes with only level 50 skills have rather scuffed rotations.

Ah okay. As far as mandatory goes, the only mandatory raid is the Crystal Towers alliance raids. I don’t remember if any of the other alliance raids in the other expacs are mandatory for MSQ. And the normal raids are all side-content and aren’t mandatory for MSQ. Alliance raids are basically 24-man dungeons. Normal raids are like trials with just 8-man.

In this situation, I would say trying to relog or abandon the quest to try and "reset" it, but since the duty finder has it as complete, I don't think anything you do can fix it on your end, so a bug report is likely needed.

You have to be in combat, which means you have to have taken a direct action to either damage an enemy or heal an ally
easiest way to makes sure you can do it is flip out a quick Combust and throw your card

Basically it takes up for 4 days to hit max rested EXP, which is 1.5 levels worth.

FFXIV is mainly CPU bound, especially in high density zones
their secret? pre-rendering everything
if you want to actually save frames, consider disabling physics instead

On NA, aether and primal have a higher population of raiders than crystal, though you can still do content fine in crystal.
