How do I unlock my job?

To unlock your class' job you need to be level 30, complete all of your class quests and the main scenario quest 'Sylph Management' (lvl 20 quest) to be able to pick up your job unlock quest. Once you've done the initial unlock quest, you will be given a soul crystal which you must equip to become your class' job.

rank up, so you can earn them from handing in gear you no longer need. Then, any green or better gear you don't want? Shred it at your GC for seals, turn seals into ventures for retainers, cordial for gathering, or dark matter for repairs.
