Hello, what’s the the recommendation for all the pieces of gear I get while leveling that I don’t want to keep for glamour? Vendor? Save for crafting and desynthethize? Not sure what to do with all the pieces

You can also check the marketboard to see if anything is particularly valuable, you'll get more than selling to vendors

Green, pink, or blue gear can be traded to your grand company for seals. White and white HQ gear you can either desynth or sell to NPC vendors (or if it's not bound you can try selling them on the MB)

In post expansion, there's always more talking, but in main expansion, I think there's a reasonable amount of fighting. There's also optional dungeons you can unlock
