Each “day” is roughly 4 hours or so of play time, the exception is day 2. It is roughly twice as long as the others. If you feel it is too much for you for one day I would recommend splitting it into two days and only doing 10 levels each day. (Not including queues)

sounds like you scrolled hotbar one into a different hotbar

look for a hotbar that has an up/down-like yellow arrows by it and click those until it becomes hotbar one again

you can disable this scrolling/cycling in the hotbar settings of the character config

Why am I Past lv50 Without the Abilities of My Job

Typically Job Quests are contained within their expansions separately. If you have not reached the next expansion in , you need to continue the main story quests until you reach the next expansion, denoted by giant letters naming said expansion.

Generally you should try and work towards your BiS, which will be a mix of Augmented Cryptlurker and Edenmorn gear. (Plus ideally the relic for the weapon slot)

But augmenting your exarchic stuff is not a bad idea either

To unlock your class' job you need to be level 30, complete all of your class quests and the main scenario quest 'Sylph Management' (lvl 20 quest) to be able to pick up your job unlock quest. How do I unlock my job?

To unlock your class' job you need to be level 30, complete all of your class quests and the main scenario quest 'Sylph Management' (lvl 20 quest) to be able to pick up your job unlock quest. Once you've done the initial unlock quest, you will be given a soul crystal which you must equip to become your class' job.

so if you press benefic 1 and then press benefic 2 shortly there after, the game generally recognizes that you queued benefic 2 after 1. since macros can't queue, the game won't start casting benefic 2 after.

so you could press the macro thinking you started the cast, and press something else and then the macro never goes off

No, you can land them without stuns, but you basically have to be center of its hitbox and just tap the movement button to go to said positional and then click

How do I get Grand Company Seals?

You can get more seals mainly by completing your Grand Company Hunting Log (Go to the Hunting Log and click on the GC icon), completing FATEs, and turning in crafted/gathered items to the Personnel Officer if you have crafting or gathering classes unlocked. Once you are Sergeant 2nd Class you can turn in Pink/Green/Blue-rarity gear in exchange for more seals.
