Glamour Dresser FAQ

"What is the Glamour Dresser?"

The Glamour Dresser allows you to glamour an entire set of equipment at once when in a city or town. You can find the dresser in your inn room at any of the Adventurer's guilds.

"How do I use it?"

In order to use the Glamour Dresser you need to first put the items you want to use for glamour inside of it. This requires a one-time cost of one Glamour Prism per item. You're able to safely take out the items, but you'll need to pay another Glamour Prism to put it back into the Dresser. After you have put in the glamour items you want to use for your set you'll want to click on "Edit Glamour Plates".

When the plate window opens up you can select the stored glamours you have onto the slots of the plate to create the set you desire. Once you're satisfied with your glamour click on "Save". You can now apply your Glamour Plate by accessing the Character menu, clicking the Glamour Plate button, and choosing the Plate that you have made.

Armoury EXP bonus FAQ

'How do I get the bonus experience from the Armoury?'

As long as you're playing a Disciple of War or a Disciple of Magic class that's a lower level than your highest level class then you're able to benefit from the bonus experience. You do not need to have a class at level 80 for the bonus to be active.

'How much is the bonus experience?'

You get +100% experience from levels 1 to 69, which then reduces to +50% for level 70 to 79. The difference in level between your current class and highest class does not change the amount of experience you get.

In your duty finder window select the ⚙️ icon on the top left to open up the duty finder settings window.

But if you're desperate for seals try starting at Tam-Tara and keep going up until you reach a dungeon that starts to be challenging

Get the weapon off the marketboard and the two specific materia you need

then talk to a materia melder NPC to meld them

some people also sell them pre-melded on the marketboard.

Make sure you consult your quest journal to find the exact materia type required

You can do multiple weapons, but they can't be on the same step at the same time

and yes it can be fairly long depending on the methods you use for each step

you also need to complete the bozjan resistance storyline as a whole to be able to fully make the relic

Why am I Past lv50 Without the Abilities of My Job

Typically Job Quests are contained within their expansions separately. If you have not reached the next expansion in , you need to continue the main story quests until you reach the next expansion, denoted by giant letters naming said expansion.

'When can I get my first mount?'

The quest that allows you to use mounts, 'My Little Chocobo' is unlocked by completing the level 20 main story quest 'The Company You Keep'. The quest is located at the Grand Company base you chose and you'll need to buy the Chocobo Issuance from your Grand Company Quartermaster. You can get the 200 needed Grand Company seals by doing the main story quest that comes after 'The Company You Keep'.

'Are there any differences between mounts?'

Besides looks, all mounts are the same speed along with being able to fly. Some mounts allow multiple people to ride at once.

'Can I make my mount faster?'

Zones have one or two ranks of mount speed that increase the ground speed of mounts. The first rank comes from completing specific quests in the main scenario quests, with the second rank coming from Riding Maps which are bought with either Allied Seals, Centurio Seals, or Bicolor Gemstones. Mount Speed Boosts do not increase the flying speed of mounts.

hello guys I have played ffxiv and coming back due to the new expansion. Im aroudn lvl 50+ ish and im in HW iirc. I got a few questions and wanting opinions on whether to buy the pre order pack for endwalker or not. I played bard, before I went on a long break ( to try out new games). Coming back to the game I want to play as a tank or a healer. Seeing the cinematic for endwalker paladin was looking so good and the clutch heals and shields really hype me. So anyways, Im interested in playing the new healer class and also paladin. How long is it to level back up to 50?
