Yes, if they're green items vendor them for gc seals at your grand company once you unlock that
For other jobs you can keep them but really gear doesn't matter in lower levels all that much since you'll be getting them replaced really fast
And you'll usually be replacing it with augmented gear which is virtually bis for your level
