Why can't I enter this server?

Standard, Preferred, and New Servers will dynamically open and close themselves from newly created characters depending on how many players are online. To ensure you're able to make a new character on your server try waiting or doing so at a less active time of day.
Congested Servers will not unlock for new players or transfers until Square Enix removes the Congested Status.

Yeah, AST’s minor arcana is like, when you have sun and moon, and you draw, redraw, redraw, redraw, and it’s still sun, and your div is Ready in 21s and draw is ready in 22s, and you can’t decide if you should use the card and be able to div on time, or should you minor arcana it and hope the next card you draw match the seal

Generally, folks recommend leveling both BTN and MIN. But for WVR specifically? Probably BTN, at least in the earlier levels. You’ll hit a wall pretty fast if you level classes in isolation, since different crafting classes are needed to obtain intermediate ingredients.

Hey there everyone. I'm redownloading the game after all the hullaballoo of late, and I'm running into some troubles downloading it. I get 50-80 mbps down and for some reason the launcher is capping/throttling my download speed to just .80 MB/s ... is this expected? At my normal download speeds I should have already been playing right now, but instead it's taking hours. Any idea what's wrong or how to fix it?

What floors of savage drop which items?

Per tier:
First floor: (Belt/Earring/Necklace/Bracelet/Ring) x3
Second floor: (Head/Gloves/Boots) x2 + Weapon Tomestone + Glaze
Third floor: Head/Gloves/Boots + Legs + Twine + Solvent
Fourth floor: Weapon + Chest + Random single weapon + Mount + Minion

Loot Rules: Following each weekly reset, every player has a chance to obtain loot from the Savage encounters of the current raid tier. Upon clearing each floor, you will obtain 1 book specific to that fight (e.g. Book of Anamorphosis) and a chance to roll on the loot from that floor. Regardless of if you obtained loot from your weekly clear, you will be barred from rolling on loot from the same encounter until the next weekly reset.

Entering an encounter before clearing the previous floor(s) will relinquish all rewards from previously uncleared floors. (e.g. Entering E12S before clearing E9S for the week will relinquish loot from E9S, E10S, and E11S.) You will lose a chance to earn a book and your chance to roll on any loot that drops that week.

The number of players in your party that have cleared/skipped the encounter for the week will also affect the loot you will get after clearing the encounter.

1-4 players cleared: 1 chest
5-8 players cleared: 0 chests

The only thing I know of that's got a higher ilvl req than you have is Eden's Promise (Savage)

Heyy~ Question about tracking DoTs on multiple targets. Googled it, and many say that its not possible to see DoTs unless you target the enemy, then it will show up in the large HP bar.
