If I just buy Endwalker do I get everything before it including the base game? Right now, Endwalker will only get you the Endwalker preorder. In November, Endwalker will get you Stormblood through Endwalker, but you'll still need to purchase the base game separately.

Leveling dungeons, no they dont - although thats not unheard of to have items that low. The stat differences arent as big at those levels, not life or death.

I'm currently using ELV (type of german credit card) to pay for a entry subscription (10.99€) and i'm planning to switch to standard subscription via crysta payment using paypal (12,99€ / 1299 crysta). 'When can I get my first mount?'

The quest that allows you to use mounts, 'My Little Chocobo' is unlocked by completing the level 20 main story quest 'The Company You Keep'. the top crossbars are the WXHB option enabled in the last two tabs of the Hotbar settings of the character config

At least one of these Role Quest series must be entirely completed in order to complete the Shadowbringers story. Completion of these quests, along with having the appropriate Job at 80, is also required to claim job-specific level 80 i430 gear from Grenoldt in The Tempest.

Sps is more consistent/less variance, generally safer.

Crit build is more variance. You'll do more dps if you are lucky with crits but riskier

but ultimately the difference is liks 0.5% so feel free to go with either

no. Each class only has one job advancement, besides Arcanist. Expansion jobs have no prerequisites besides having any class at the unlock level, plus some story progression for the Heavensward jobs.
