Dancer buffs are part of their rotation. It's noticeable, but not huge. There are a couple of buffs not part of the rotation as well.

@indigo mural you partner with another player and give the a decent % bonus to damage when you use Standard Finish, and you'll have a party wide boost to damage later on. You also have a party-wide damage mitigation tool and a small aoe heal that triggers underneath you and your dance partner, it's a small amount but can save a healer an AoE heal cast if they're both stacked up when the party does a stack mechanic.

Shadowbringers is the Expansion pack set. If you do not have the Starter edition than it's useless until you get it. If you don't have the Starter and wall all of it, get the Complete Edition.

The closest thing to a meta we have, is some groups preferring to have a Red Mage/Summoner for having an extra job that can raise during blind progression for Ultimate and Savage raids, but even that isn't required by most groups since they'd rather you be on a job you know.

Your exp comes from main story for your first job

you basically focus on the msq which will keep you geared until max lvl at which point you can get into raids, if you want, for better gear
