if you quit a dungeon halfway through then you're locked out of queuing again for 30 minutes

It just means you missed the ready up for a duty, or you quit a dungeon partway through

it's not really a punishable offense, you just can't queue for 30 mins

if you miss the ready up then you get a smaller penalty

it takes 3 small penalties before you get the 30 minute lockout

if you quite a dungeon AFTER someone else has already quit, you don't get any penalty

unless the dungeon refills with a replacement player

there's very rarely just random shit you have to dodge

in endgame raids, everything is predictable and it's a matter of planning out how you're going to deal with it

'Can I make my mount faster?'

Zones have one or two ranks of mount speed that increase the ground speed of mounts. The first rank comes from completing specific quests in the main scenario quests, with the second rank coming from Riding Maps which are bought with either Allied Seals, Centurio Seals, or Bicolor Gemstones. Mount Speed Boosts do not increase the flying speed of mounts.
